Meet Our Leaders
John Lewitt
Co-Founder
John Lewitt brings more than 34 years of experience in public safety, investigations, and security-related disciplines. He is a retired Seattle Police Department Arson/Bomb Squad Detective, where he spent the majority of his career handling complex cases involving arson, fraud, explosives, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
Over the course of his career, John conducted over 1,000 criminal investigations and participated in hundreds of high-risk responses, working alongside federal, state, and local agencies. He is a certified Bomb Technician and Bomb Detection K-9 Handler and has performed preventive security sweeps for high-profile dignitaries, government officials, and major public events.
John has also been responsible for coordinating security-related logistics for large venues, including long-term involvement with Benaroya Hall in Seattle, supporting numerous high-attendance events over many years.
His professional background includes service as a Deputized United States Marshal, an FBI Special Deputy, and recognition as Seattle Police Department Detective of the Year. He has completed extensive specialized training through FBI, ATF, Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, and the National Fire Academy, with a focus on explosives response, counter-terrorism, and public safety preparedness.
John’s experience reflects a career built on integrity, accountability, and public trust, forming a strong foundation for North Eagle Security Services.
Parwiz Hesary
Co-Founder
Parwiz Hesary brings extensive experience in security, public safety, and cross-cultural communication to North Eagle Security Services. His background spans corrections, private security, international security operations, and interpretation services, with work performed in both the United States and overseas.
Parwiz has served as a Correctional Officer with King County, where he worked in a high-security detention environment requiring sound judgment, situational awareness, and professionalism under pressure. His experience also includes work as a licensed Security Officer in Washington State, conducting patrols, access control, incident reporting, and public safety support.
Internationally, Parwiz held supervisory and management roles with private security firms supporting U.S. and international operations in Afghanistan, including residential facilities and U.S. Embassy–related environments. His experience includes operations room supervision, personnel coordination, access control oversight, threat monitoring, and security reporting in high-risk settings.
Earlier in his career, Parwiz served as an Interpreter, Translator, and Cultural Advisor for the U.S. Army, supporting military operations and facilitating communication between U.S. forces, local authorities, and community leaders. He is fluent in English, Dari, Pashto, and Persian, with professional experience in interpretation and translation across security, governmental, and civilian contexts.

Tamim Shamal
Co-Founder
Tamim Shamal brings a strong background in cybersecurity, information technology, and systems engineering, with experience spanning enterprise IT environments, cloud security, and security operations. His professional history includes work across public and private sector organizations, supporting secure, reliable, and policy-driven technology environments.
Tamim has extensive experience with Microsoft enterprise platforms, including endpoint security, identity management, and cloud-based security solutions. His background includes hands-on involvement with security monitoring, incident investigation, and threat analysis using industry-standard tools and frameworks. He has worked in regulated environments that require strict adherence to documentation standards, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Earlier in his career, Tamim supported the design, setup, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and end-user environments. His experience spans endpoint deployment, system administration, and technical support, with a strong emphasis on stability, accountability, and operational continuity.
Tamim has also participated in advanced security operations and analysis projects, including hands-on simulation of real-world attack scenarios, log analysis, and incident investigations using modern SIEM and endpoint detection platforms. His work reflects a disciplined approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and technical precision.
His background combines technical expertise, structured processes, and a strong commitment to security and public trust, forming part of the foundation of North Eagle Security Services.
